    I think the ELD mandate is a good idea after waiting 12 hours to be loaded. My day started at 0300 and is not over yet. Come April 1st drivers will park and not move for 10 hours, so even if the shipper has parking the truck can't be moved without violating their log. There was never a reason why a driver should stay up 24 hours and then drive all night and the ELD will help stop this.
